I had bilateral augmentation 20yrs ago with another local cosmetic surgeon. I was pleased with the results, but by the time I needed the implants replacing due to a capsule I was in the very fortunate position to work with most of the local plastic surgeons. Seeing the results Mr Lam achieves in my working role made choosing him an easy decision. From the initial consultation right through to the after care, I received fantastic treatment from Mr Lam. He took time to really understand what I wanted to achieve. He gave honest tactful advice. The cosmetic result is even better than I had hoped. The scars are barely visible, I am in proportion and perfectly symmetrical. Mr Lam achieved exactly what we had discussed. I am so pleased with the results, my confidence has noticeable improved. I received wonderful follow up care. I would highly recommend Mr Lam.

On initial consultation I immediately felt at ease and relaxed. I did not feel in any way pressured to go ahead with the operation. Mr Lam was very concerned with my medical background (no spleen), suggesting the most appropriate operation rather than the most expensive. The procedure went smoothly from start to finish with no complications and excellent care throughout. Mr Lam and his supporting staff were first class.

I lost 5 and a half stone in weight and decided to have a fleur de lys abdominoplasty. From the outset Mr Lam instilled confidence in me; he was approachable, professional and honest. He was also very approachable and friendly. I had a number of additional problems caused by previous surgery and he corrected those, leaving me with good clean scars and an ado email shape I wanted, one I had not had for 30 years. I am now confident in my body shape and am eternally grateful for the surgery, care and support I received.

I have recently had bilateral breast augmentation surgery under the care of Mr Lam. I was really nervous about taking the first step towards surgery but desperately unhappy with my deflated bust following breast feeding. Mr Lam was so friendly and approachable during our first consultation that I felt instantly at ease. He gave me all the information and advice I needed to make the important decision on whether or not to proceed and answered all questions I had, even following the consultation. Surgery went extremely well and I received fantastic care at BMI Thornbury. My post operative recovery was excellent as was the outcome. The result is perfect, very natural which was important to me and my scars are very neat. In fact, the result exceeds my expectations. I cannot recommend Mr Lam highly enough both for his manner and surgical skills.

A few years ago I have undergo a breast augmentation with dr.Lam. I truaed him by reading reciews and by looking at his mwdical honours I thought that he is an excellent choice. I was soo wrong! He left me with hugely noticeable uneveness where one breast waa smaller and completely different shape than the other! After healing process he couldnt accept that he made mistake and tried to tell me that I had abnormal size - one smaller than the other- before operation.Im glad that ive taken pictures before and I proved him wrong.Dr.Dujon correct his job and I would recommend him to anyone.Keep away from dr.Lam!
